We highly recommend you use the prepaid USPS shipping label that is included in your kit. However, if you choose to use another courier, please contact us before shipping your sample, as there are additional requirements.
If the additional requirements are not adhered to, you may experience shipping delays or your package may be undeliverable and returned to you.
