Testing time takes 1-2 days from the date the swabs are physically received and logged in at our laboratory. Shipping time is not included.
Please note you may experience a delay between final delivery & when your sample is logged in. Our laboratory receives many samples in one day. First, they are delivered to the sorting facility, where they are sorted and sent to the appropriate department. Then, the sample must be physically opened and logged into the system. This can take time, upwards of 1 business day. Please be aware that our receiving department is CLOSED on weekends and holidays.

You will receive a notification in your account once both sets of swabs are received at our laboratory, and you will receive a notification in your account once your results are released. You can access and download your results by logging into your online account.
Anyone with your login credentials can access the account, including test results. The individual who activates the kit is responsible for keeping their login information secure. Once activation is complete, the laboratory cannot access or change account details, including the email address or password. If login information is shared, lost, or accessed by another person, the laboratory is not responsible for any resulting changes to the account or access to results.
