Testing time takes 1-2 days from the date the swabs are received and logged in at our laboratory. Shipping time is not included.
Please note you may experience a delay between final delivery & when your sample is logged in upwards of 1 business day. Our laboratory receives many samples in one day and must be sorted and logged in.
You will receive a notification in your account once both sets of swabs are received at our laboratory, and you will receive a notification in your account once your results are released. You can access and download your results by logging into your online account.
