Once released, you can access, download, print and share your results by logging into your online account. Results are NOT provided by email, mail or over the phone.
Anyone with your login credentials can access the account, including test results. The individual who activates the kit is responsible for keeping their login information secure. Once activation is complete, the laboratory cannot access or change account details, including the email address or password. If login information is shared, lost, or accessed by another person, the laboratory is not responsible for any resulting changes to the account or access to results.
