Once a kit is activated and an account is created, our laboratory cannot access or modify account details such as your email, phone number, or password. Your email address can only be updated through your account settings after logging in.
If a typographical error was made, you can still log in using the incorrect email address and your password. Once logged in, you can update your email address in your account settings.
If you do not know what the error is and do not recall your password, we are unable to access or recover the account on your behalf.
