If you did not activate your kit before shipping your samples, you will need to wait until the package arrives at our laboratory. Once received, our team will reach out to you with next steps.
Please note that until the samples arrive, we do not have access to your activation code or any tracking information associated with your kit. If the package is lost in transit by USPS, we are unable to locate or recover it without a prior activation. Furthermore, if you did not provide your contact information, there is no way for the laboratory to contact you once the samples are received.
