When collecting your samples, please ensure each participant’s name is recorded accurately on their consent envelope.
Participant information is reviewed once the samples arrive at the laboratory. If the names entered during activation differ from those on the consent forms, we assess the information on a case-by-case basis and address any discrepancies before issuing the report. We may contact you if clarification is needed.
