The relationship examined is specific to the test type ordered. If you wish to switch the test type and test a different relationship, such as changing a sibling test to a grandparent test, please contact our Customer Support Team with your Order ID# and password, and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you directly.
PLEASE NOTE: You must obtain prior authorization from us to change your test type. DO NOT submit your samples without this authorization. If you submit your samples without this authorization your test will be run as it was initially intended. Once the test is complete we cannot change your test type, you will need to purchase a new test.
