Please allow 1 business day for your account to show that your samples have been received at the laboratory.
You may experience a delay between final delivery & when your sample is logged in. Our laboratory receives many samples in one day. First, they are delivered to the sorting facility, where they are sorted and sent to the appropriate department. Then, the sample must be physically opened and logged into the system. This can take time, upwards of 1 business day. Please be aware that our receiving department is CLOSED on weekends and holidays.
If you encounter this situation, do not panic. We recommend you wait 1 business day to receive your "sample received" notification, as this delay is normal due to the high volume of samples that we receive on a daily basis.
