If you use the prepaid USPS label included in your kit, delivery to our lab typically takes 7 - 10 business days. If the package was placed in a USPS drop box, delivery may take slightly longer depending on the pickup schedule and USPS processing times, but it is generally still within the 7 - 10 business day range.
Please note that the testing turnaround time of 1 - 2 business days begins only after the samples are received and logged into our lab. The turnaround time does not include shipping time.
