If your tracking information has not updated, it is possible that USPS has lost your package or your package is in transit but USPS has not scanned your package.
If you believe USPS may have lost your package, if it has been more than two weeks without any tracking updates, or if you need a new set of swabs, you may request a replacement kit for $15 plus shipping. Please email support@securigene.com to initiate the request.
